The best compliment I have ever received is that I am a good person and I choose to not only believe that but strive to live up to that standard - compassionate, generous, kind, loyal- you get the picture. I am a youthful, healthy, active woman and my goal is to live my best life for the rest of my life. My Fitbit tells me I am in excellent condition for my age. I have been described as " physical ". . I exercise in the Pilates studio or with my personal trainer 4-6 hours minimum each week unless I am camping or traveling which I try to do when the opportunity presents itself. I play pickle ball and enjoy bike rides when the opportunities present themselves.
