I retired in January 2005 after 42 years. I enjoy retirement and play bridge twice a week in Damascus where I used to live. I enjoy every day as a gift from God and live in the moment. I have faced many challenges but my faith has supported me throughout.I have traveled extensively as a military dependent and lived in Japan for 3 years. I enjoy travel, both local and long distance. My family is close by and I enjoy spending time with them. I have two wonderful grandchildren who are the lights of my life. My son works for SW as a Flight Attendant so I fly free when seats are available.I would like to return to golf and dancing since I have had knee replacements which forced a detour in those areas. I have many talents and interests including writing poetry and children's stories, oil painting, playing bridge and board games, gambling, sharing dinner with friends/family, cooking, and trying new activities that are of interest to my partner.i enjoy helping others less fortunate.
