I'm a good and loving person. I have been a farmer/gardener, a carpenter, and a radio person. I've lived in the Charlottesville, VA area for 40+ years, and I love it!!
I created and hosted the #1 morning radio program in my area (Folk & Acoustic music), including competing with "Morning Edition" on 2 NPR stations that broadcast into Charlottesville. I also used to book 2 successful concert series, focusing on bringing Nationally touring songwriters--Folk, Americana, and even Country.
I've been told that I have the soul of a poet. I love Kabir, Rumi, Hafiz, Whitman, Rilke, and lots of other poets. Here's a favorite spiritual poem from the Indian poet Kabir.
"Path presupposes distance. If you be near to Him, what need is there of any path? Verily it makes me smile, to hear of a fish in water, thirsty!"---Kabir
