I' m pretty independent and currently I am redoing rooms in my house. I have my dog and a turtle that I've had for 25 years. I am from the upper peninsula of Michigan, but have lived in Florida for 28 years. I miss the ice and snow, but I remember it every time I look at the eight inch scar on my left knee! Yes, replacement knee from a high school skiing accident. I grew up on a lake and I love water and the outdoors. I recently fell in love with the Grand Canyon and the Petrified Forest probably because I have collected rocks since I was a child.
