I’ve been on planet Earth 81 years. If you have seen my headshot, you may be thinking, “no way, 81.” My doctors still think I’m 65!! My BFF over some 55 of these years (married for 52) passed in September 2019. So, it’s been a while since I had to think about putting on my "dating shoes." While K had a number of illnesses over our time together, in the end, it was acute leukemia that took her. Skimming through the many dating sites is all new to me and a little overwhelming.
K had a positive outlook on life; never let health issues get her down or get in the way of our having a good time. We traveled well. K had a signature laugh. When we were out and about and the laugh was launched, her fellow attendees smiled, knowing K was in the house! We had a wonderful life.
A Scorpio, I'm sometimes viewed as the "mystery man with a weird sense of humor". I am looking for an attractive girlfriend who is young in spirit, a female companion who takes care of herself doesn't use or need a lot of makeup, rarely uses parfums, can carry on an intelligent conversation on almost any subject, and is very concerned about what has happened to our country under OrangeMan.
My expectation is we take as much time as we need getting to know one another. The short-term goal, for me, is we become good, caring friends; and, should the chemistry between us take our relationship to a more intimate level, well so be it.
