Leaving school aged 15 I worked as an Engineer for 50 years (hands on /practical) in Paper Mill, Textile Factory, Glass Works and Hospitals to mention only a few of the interesting places I enjoyed working in. Since retirement in 2001 with Golfing Mates played some of the lovely Courses in Spain and Portugal. I still enjoy practice at the local Driving Range and Golf Course and keep fit in my home gym with Weights, Dumb Bells and Bull Worker. Home life is important doing the normal everyday things, Reading, watching TV and Movies, listening to Music and Radio. People laugh when I say I've never ever had a takeaway meal delivered. That's because i love cooking healthy meals from scratch and it's so easy!
Over the years I've learned much about the famous Artists and Painters and one of my great passions is to see the Art Galleries, Museums and Historical places of interest at home and abroad. I've been to Paris many times enjoying The Louvre, Musee d' Orsay and Palace of Versailles. My most recent trip was a week in Amsterdam to see the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh and Rembrandthuis Museums and Art Galleries. Viewing the Bayeux Tapestry was a Highlight of a Normandy holiday and in North England a week's stay in Haltwhistle staying at The Centre of Britain Hotel was Ideal for nearby Hadrian's Wall, The Roman Army Museum and Vindolanda. I only mention these wonderful places because I intend to go back again and would love to have the company of a good woman.
As I've stated I have many interests and passions and would love to share my Ideal Woman's interests along with my own.
I've been told that I'm laid back, happy and relaxed with a generous nature, someone who likes to laugh and enjoy life. .I count my blessings every day and all that's missing in my life is a good woman to share the good times yet to come.
