I Would Describe Myself As

I strive for a balance between work and play. Play may be a walk on the beach, a bike ride, a hike in the woods, kayaking or camping. Or, it could be an afternoon in the kitchen preparing a nice meal, music playing through surround sound, reading a good book by the pool, or watching the sunset out on the deck.
Though I feel confident and competent on my own, I long for that special someone to share in the little things that happen on a daily basis, as well as the big things that help shape the future. Communication, conversation and companionship are key. Lots of affection, both giving and receiving freely, are essential. A sense of humor helps everything as well as a kind heart. Being interested in hobbies or activities of your own, while being open to sharing activities together.
A relationship should be built on respect, honesty, loyalty, and it should bring out the best in each other, making us stronger together. Together, we will embrace life fully, being open to the possibilities, always willing to grow physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
