And these fish have been certified as among the most nutrient dense, and Omega fatty acid producers, because they are so clean. They're a fresh water vegan fish that grow so fast and only on plant based foods that mercury and other harmful metals don't accumulate in their bodies. Plus the Illinois State FDA, where they're destroying the fishing industry, did their own tests. And determined these fish are actually preferred 3 to 1 over both catfish and tilapia.
