I Would Describe Myself As

I believe that love is not enough. (Why Love is Not Enough, by Sol Gorden.) We need similar values, understood expectations and lifestyles. I am now 67 and want to make this the final and best chapter yet to come. I am retired and have my own home, and could really use a change! I have 2 felines, and I love animals a lot. I also love almost all kinds of music, would love to travel, need full honesty and disclosure. Respect is very important, both ways. Not into one-night stands, or games, I don't have time to waste! I am older, obviously, and desire someone in my age range (I have to keep up!). I also need someone stable that I can rely on. I am, myself, still a work in progress and believe in lifelong learning. Love has been elusive to me, but I know what it feels like. I don't want to be on any dating site for long, I believe that we can communicate just as safely by text or email. This doesn't mean that I am in a hurry, I'm not, I just want to meet a quality gentleman who will be good to me, and vice versa.
