Having grown up on the Magothy River I have a penchant for spending time near it. I love the serenity and beauty of a sunset on the water. I ran my boat on the Chesapeake for 35 years, it was like a second home! Eventually the work involved every spring was a bit much, so I sold it, and still miss it. It’s still in the same slip four years later, the couple must like that marina! I am the oldest of six, and we’ve grown into a family of 30. We love getting together for holidays and impromptu cookouts. After retiring from medical administration I took up nannying children. I’m on my third set of twins, part time. I seem to have a way with kids, and the parents love it. I like to read, mysteries top the list, as do suspense movies. Gardening, sewing and lunches with girlfriends are a few of my favorite activities. Letting my granddaughters raid my closet for dress up is hilarious. And then there’s my dog, Red, who has grown into a massive creature, considering I was told he’d grow to about 40 pounds, well he’s 82 pounds. He loves to romp with the kids, he thinks he’s one of them! That’s all for now, I’m curious about this dating site!
