I am an active 72yr old “young” lady. Am 5’2” full figured.( yes, could stand to lose 10lbs,) I enjoy doing outside activities when the weather permits and love to go dancing, attend theater production or see a movie occasionally. I meet with friends a to play cards. I try to stay in shape by going to the gym at least three Xd a week during the winter months.
