I am recent widow....
I was a 24/7 Caretaker for 7 years.
I loved my husband, but I don't do "Alone" well.
I love my kids and grandkids and I want to get on with life!
Spirituality is important to me. I am Christian, member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-DaySaints.

I eat healthy and try to live healthy, especially after watching my sweet husband suffer.
