I'm intelligent & disorganized., silly and sweet. I'd make a great plus one because I can talk to anyone, professors and street people, diplomats and bikers, international financiers and local plumbers. I work in a bookstore & get to meet and talk to all sorts of authors. I hang out with scholars but don't grade papers or write lesson plans.

If you can make me laugh, are reliable, self-aware, humble and compassionate, you have my attention. I'm determined to get to know the next man in my life before I fall into anything physical.

I like blues and rock and roll, Celtic Punk & bluegrass, gentle hiking, photography, social justice causes and hanging out with my siblings & their grown kids, though they are far away. I have no kids of my own.

I don't drink or smoke & am politically pretty liberal, though I think for myself.
