I am newly widowed. I'm not a damsel in distress looking for someone to save me. I miss the male perspective.

I'm extremely liberal. Open-minded and honest. You won't need to guess what I'm thinking because I am happy to tell you my thoughts. :-)

I love to laugh and enjoy game nights. I love football (Eagles,Packers and Huskers are my favs),geocaching,camping,cooking and photography.

I am a Sci-fi fan. I'm a trekker- the live long and prosper type. :-) I enjoy crafting,reading,writing and doodling.

I am an independent lady that is looking for FRIENDSHIP. I don't like drama or head trips. I say what I think. Communication is key for me.

Simple things mean the most to me. I don't worry about someone's grass being greener. I prefer to tend to my own rather then fret over what someone else has going on.

I like being silly-I'm usually the first "kid" to go play in the snow. I enjoy nature. I have an extremely eclectic taste in music. I like action,comedies,documentaries,horror movies. I suffer through the "chick flicks" occasionally for my girl friends but I am not a fan.

I love coffee! I enjoy a cold beer once in awhile or a glass of wine.

I want to be clear, i am very newly widowed. I am not looking for a "hook up" or "friends with benefits". I said what I meant. I'm interested in friendship.
