I Would Describe Myself As

I think everyone has things that happen...or don't happen that play a big part in who they are. Except for a few relationships i have been on my own since my husband passed in 2001. I have 2 children who are there for me anytime i need them and 4 wonderful grandchildren who all live fairly close. I am retired, live in a mobile home and work part time cleaning offices....my interests?...i am a crafter...i am very involved with a local VFW i belong to....i love country and old time rock and role...i love to dance - fast, slow, 2step, line dance....a lot of Sat band nights you will find me there having a few drinks and dancing with a lot of great friends who are and always will be my "extended family".... i love garage sales, flea markets and thrift stores..do i get lonely?...sure i think everyone does it would be nice to find someone who likes doing some of the things i do...to go out an have a couple drinks with...to dance with..to go to dinner with...to talk and share thoughts with...to hold hands with...to stay in and watch a movie with...to cuddle with and take it further if the interest to do so is there....my drawback?...after so many years of living on my own am used to doing what i want to and set in my ways so to speak...and i smoke..bad habit, but there it is....so like me or not...i am what i am....where this is going i have no clue...let's see what happens.
