A widow with a year of hard lessons and renewed faith. Well, I can testify that an old dog can learn anew and perhaps even better then when young. One thing has become abundantly clear and that is that the journey begins with me first, finding who I am without the man I spent over 25 wonderful years with. It feels like being born again only with a wealth of experience and ,I hope, wisdom. Having to embrace and trust myself to have my own back is perhaps the strangest feeling I have ever had, but alas, as necessary as breathing. So, thats my story for now.
