I have two adult children,37 & 34 with 3 beautiful granddaughters...cannot imagine my life without them. We lost their beautiful school teacher mom in 95 from cancer and we have grown even closer together.
I have been retired since 2003. I have many passions, working out daily, skiing, flying my plane, karate, woodworking, traveling, hanging out with my ex Vietnam buddies, pilot, as well as my karate friends.
I do have a seasons pass at Sugarloaf & Sunday river. After Nam I was assigned to be a US Army ski instructor in Europe and later, a full time paid ski patrolman at Sugarloaf. Skiing is clearly a passion of mine. Having said that, I love the warm south for vacations.
I do not have any baggage and I'm a pretty easy guy to get to know. Being an old combat vet, I have seen it all and I choose to live a non confrontational life. life is too short to look at the negative side of things. When I left Vietnam, I made a promise to myself that I would work hard and enjoy life to the fullest for all my buddies I left behind...to this day, I have kept that promise!!!
I am unusually healthy, I have truly found the fountain of youth. Exercise, vitamins and staying away from all carbs as well as processed foods. I do not have a single ach or pain and I can out ski and out run most 35 year olds! Someone once asked me how long I expect to live? I told them that the way I look at it, I'm only half way through! so that gives me another 69 years to enjoy life...it just doesn't get any better then that!
The only thing I am lacking is a woman to shoulder up with to inter the best years yet to come. Your out there some where!
