?Well hello:
I am absolutely new to this whole process having been out of the ?game? for much of the current age. So here goes: I am a fairly young 65, my friends say I am very comfortable with my age and have a great time sharing with others. I am a recent widower and am still getting used to the silence?something I hate. I am a retired high school teacher (I taught history for 36 years at a local high school) I have always preferred good company to crowds. I am a non-smoker, but willing to try other vices in moderation (what to say I came of age in the 60?s, but not much into the counter-culture stuff since I was already teaching and didn?t want to lose my profession). I am free and independent, a life-long yellowdog democrat?but have been surrounded by Republicans all my life and have had fun giving them the needle. I do have 9 grandkids ranging from High School to pre-school. I went to local schools and SJ university. Over the years I did 9 post-graduate institutes (it?s great, they paid me to travel all over the US, and gave credits ?my last one was in 2001 as a guest of the government of Taiwan) The outward me: 5'9, 185 (currently getting back in shape by walking because I was at home giving home hospice and not able to get out much), bearded, hazel eyes. what hair I have left has gotten basically white. I laugh alot and will be doing travel as the spirit moves me. I?m looking for something lasting, I not much into the old slap and tickle. Pleast take this seriously?I do
