I have a few extra kilos but I have lost 5 kilos in the last 4 weeks & intend losing more. I like golf & fishing also visiting my grandchildren who live about 30 mins away. I live alone in a 3 bedroom house which I own. I am going to be honest with you, I have bi-- poller a mental illness but as long as I take my tablets I am mostly ok & tend not to have highs & lows of mood swings.
