I hate writing these things. I can never seem to find the right words, but read other profiles and they seem to know just what to say. Here goes......Family is really important to me. Lost my husband in May 2013 and am emotionally and financially able to take care of myself but would love to have someone I can share things with. I am looking for a companion to spend time with - someone ready for a serious relationship. I have made lots of good friends, but don't have that special someone that I want in my life. I like outgoing, fun loving people. I want someone who can dance and doesn't mind being teased. Someone with a good heart that looks for the best in others. Love to cook and give parties. I can hold my own in a good conversation and like to get to know about others experiences in life. I work part-time from home as a real estate/corporate legal assistant for a company based in Washington, DC. Have two adult sons, one currently living with me, and the other in northern Virginia. I am caring and have been told many times that I am "too nice". Like having someone around that can make me laugh and I can make them smile.
