Most people believe it's acceptable to meet in a public place for a treat or an inexpensive meal which is fine. I also find it easy to become acquainted by working on a project together that heightens kindred spirits.

Wat ik altijd al eens heb willen proberen:

Visiting Alaska, and every time I'm at doll class, I wish I could live in that house which will be on the market soon, but I would be totally surprised if either ever happens. The doll shop is in what used to be the old summer kitchen at the back of a lovely old victorian house on about 7 acres . It is sooo me, and would be wonderful. But reality faced, at this age, I just find it to be such a blessing to live in a house, or a condo, (not some stinking little apartment), with space for supplies of the beauty I love to create.

Mijn Idee Van Plezier is

Laughing with my family and friends, and creating with my hands, traveling.......... I went on a 3 week bus trip, with a purpose to study the United Nations, between my high school junior and senior years. Because we studied history in high school, I had a certain appreciation, but going back again to see some of the countless historic sights now since living through several presidencies and wars myself would be an even deeper awareness of the blessings we experience in our USA. Like train rides too. Camping and fishing are fun, but not necessarily necessary. Museums, flea markets are magnets. My son is an especially fun person to be with because he loves to make people laugh, and is very animated when he talks. You would think he had a wind-up key in the middle of his back. He lives in a different state, and I don't see him very often. He has a small publishing business, is married, but childless. My daughter and son-in-law homeschool(ed) their children successfully. She also has a quilting business in their basement. They include me in the planning and preparations of graduation parties, military ball formal gown alterations, wedding plans, etc. And I will be a great-grandma for the second time in October. Now these are my ideas of fun ! Also past, and present hobby interests as previously mentioned.
