I Would Describe Myself As

So here I am....Starting a new life is like learning to walk again. Putting one foot in front of the other, but once you take the first step, everything else should fall in to place. I am a soon to be 56 yr young widow. Have been a Licensed Nurse for 29 years. Lost my husband of nearly 39 years over a year ago..I have a true passion for life...I enjoy Nascar racing, country music, sitting by the fire on cool nights. traveling, spending time with family and friends. I am seeking an honest, very outgoing one woman man who is not afraid to hold hands in public, a man who will hold me when I need to be held, be there to laugh and cry with me, and a man who truly wants to spend the rest of his life with me...I am a brutally honest woman who prefers to put all the information straight forward. 5 months after losing my husband I was diagnosed with breast cancer, but am happy to say that after a Mastectomy I am a Survivor. It was caught in time. I am not as physically fit as I would like to be, am somewhat overweight but am working very diligently on that. My first born daughter passed away in 2005, my husband and I were raising her son (our Grandson) together and I now have that responsibility on my own, but am truly blessed as he is a very loving, caring and respectful child. He will be 13 in October. I look forward to meeting my knight in shining armour who will wisk me off my feet and live happily ever after with me. If you are that man I am looking for, lets take these first steps together.....
