Well I will open with being a sudden unexpected Widow since 2016 has been an adventure I do not wish for others. Except the part of learning and living with self. 8 Years now with just myself learning and experiencing being in the Now. It also opened a door to seeing my own ego. Things I had no idea about myself that needed to not continue to be me. Kinda a fine tuning. Authenic self is what I desire. 2020 my first born daughter died from organ failure-Vodka. I attend a grief group twice a month and micro dose. Good Nutrition for my mind body and soul are important to me. I am active, healthy, a curious and young at heart.
I Experience life with lowered expectations and I am optimistic . May we all know peace, love, gratitude, forgiveness and manage our choices to see or act. Being released from shame, judgment, or blame. I'm passionate, loving and devoted. I love music, deep conversations, touch n goodnight kisses, holding hugs, singing while driving down the road, snuggling on the couch on those rainy or snowy days watching a movie or a football game, taking long walks and holding hands, hosting family holidays and events.
