Well I will open with being a sudden unexpected Widow since 2016 has been an adventure I do not wish for others. Except the part of learning and living with self. 8 Years now with just myself learning and experiencing being in the Now. It also opened a door to seeing my own ego. Things I had no idea about myself that needed to not continue to be me. Kinda a fine tuning. Authenic self is what I desire. 2020 my first born daughter died from organ failure-Vodka. I attend a grief group twice a month and micro dose. Good Nutrition for my mind body and soul are important to me. I am active, healthy, a curious and young at heart.
I Experience life with lowered expectations and I am optimistic . May we all know peace, love, gratitude, forgiveness and manage our choices to see or act. Being released from shame, judgment, or blame. I'm passionate, loving and devoted. I love music, deep conversations, touch n goodnight kisses, holding hugs, singing while driving down the road, snuggling on the couch on those rainy or snowy days watching a movie or a football game, taking long walks and holding hands, hosting family holidays and events.
I wake up, enjoy my ritual shower of stretching, and then self-care. Post to my website shopsandpoint, reply to emails if I have any. I care for my Ponies, Dogs, cat, adult grandson roommate at this time. I garden, ride my pony, or drive a cart not often enough. Love walks, small hikes, snowshoes, swimming, and adventures :). ( enjoyed 3 months on an undeveloped Fijian Is once, and loved it). I live where it is perfect for going out into Nature, Streams, Rivers, and the Lake. I enjoy my home and do not go out much. It is a small town, I do fight the growth at times. Protesting is like a nice gathering. Mostly I stick to gatherings of friends or family. All this gives me plenty to do. O and I have gone to music night once a week for 23 years now to recharge my love within. Recently someone said I was Contemplatively decisive, said smiling. I am not here to complete you, but to walk beside you, a partner in this life, chemistry, and good conversation can be sexually stimulating. Monogamy desired. Not seeking just a hookup. Addictions concern me, 420 friendly not too excessive same as drinking. I enjoy people who are kind natured, joyous, and comfortable in their own skin, in touch with their self and emotions.
